Glen is responsible for Affectv's overall strategy and vision. As digital media consumption becomes social and mobile, Glen and the Affectv team are dedicated to increasing efficiency and creativeness between the consumer and the advertiser in this exciting era. Previously, Glen was the first employee and Sales Director at Struq, the UK's first personalised retargeting business, helping grow Struq from two employees to a pan-euro operation. Prior to Struq, Glen held positions at TradeDoubler (TRAD.ST), Europe's leading performance marketing network, and Dennis Publishing.
Ray is Affectv's Chief Operations Officer, and is responsible for commercial and operational aspects for Affectv globally. Ray brings a mix of agency-side knowledge and the development of digital solutions and products to the Affectv team. Before joining the Affectv team, Ray led several key global accounts at media agency, MEC Global, across all media channels for brands such as Paramount and Xerox.. Prior to this, Ray was at TradeDoubler (TRAD.ST) where he held the position of Head of International Media and is credited with pioneering TradeDoubler's use of exchange platforms.
Pravin is responsible for Affectv's technology platform. Pravin brings in 9 years of experience building web-scale technologies. With a background in Ad Serving technology, Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval and Graph Theory, Pravin has built systems to extract information from unstructured text, recommendation engines, massive vertical and organic search engines and open and closed crawlers.
Sam is responsible for Affectv's sales team and overall revenue growth. Having previously been an Ad Manager at Dennis Publishing, where he managed sales across a wide portfolio of titles, including Maxim and Viz, and helped bring several titles to market, including the UK's first digital only magazine; Monkey.
Sachin is responsible for the strategic planning and execution for Affectv's global clients. Sachin brings in 6 years of experience across digital advertising technologies ranging from Search and Display to the connected world of Mobile advertising. He comes with a strong product focus working at Google and Yahoo, & extending into business operations at InMobi. He loves golf, movies & trivia.
